Shipping policy:
Our products take 2-3 days of handling and shipping is 5 to 7 business days through Canada Post. (If it is a custom order, please inquire first).
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item for a refund (please note policy below).
Return/Exchange Policy:
We strive to have happy customers. If the item needs to be returned, please contact us immediately. The buyer is responsible for return shipping cost and must be done within 7 days after the buyer receives the product. Please note that any custom orders cannot be refunded.
